Build this with me.
Her Becoming is a women-led brand — and it's meant to be built by women, too.
I'm looking for women who want more than a job: a place to do real work that matters, for other women in the seasons that ask the most of them. Some roles are remote and open to you anywhere in the world; a few are local. If that's you, I'd love to know who you are.
Work that means something.
Her Becoming exists for women in transition — after divorce, in midlife, starting over, raising children on their own. Everything we make is in service of that woman. The people who build it should believe in her too.
Women, first
A women-led team, building for women. Your lived experience isn't a side note here — it's an asset.
Remote or local
Most roles are fully remote and open anywhere. A few local roles (events, fulfillment) are near Atlanta.
Real ownership
A small team means your work is visible and yours. You'll see what you build reach the women it's for.
Honest about fit
Part-time, project-based, or growing toward full-time — we'll tell you plainly what a role is and isn't.
The kinds of women I'm looking for.
These aren't rigid job posts — they're the shapes of the help I need most. If you see yourself in one (or in something we haven't named), tell me below.
Community & Circle
Warm, steady women to help hold the Circle — welcoming new members, keeping conversations alive, moderating with care.
Content & Social
Writers and creators for Instagram, TikTok, and email — women who can tell a true story without making it loud.
Podcast & Guests
Help book and prepare guests, produce episodes, and grow the show that puts women's stories at the center.
Events & Fulfillment
Hands-on help with local gatherings and getting jewelry orders packed, beautiful, and out the door.
I'm not looking for a perfect résumé. I'm looking for women who understand her — often because they've been her.

Let's start a conversation.
Leave your details and a few words about the work you're drawn to. After you submit, reply to the note I send with your resume attached — that's how I'll get to know your story.
Got it, friend — thank you.
Your note is on its way to me. One more thing: reply to the email you'll receive and attach your resume (PDF or Word). That's how your application becomes complete.
Sending from a phone? Just email it straight to hello@herbecoming.world with your name in the subject.
